The experience was redesigned to guide users seamlessly from inspiration to booking through intuitive navigation, refined messaging, and strategic content placement, while the booking process was simplified to remove friction, increase transparency, and reinforce trust—transforming the digital journey into a powerful driver of direct revenue.
